Children's wellbeing activities

During the Covid-19 pandemic, we're all feeling less secure and missing our usual routines. But just as doing exercise improves physical health, you and your child can do activities to boost their mental health.

  • Wellbeing Journals This site has lovely well-being journals-interactive and printable and a fact file, kids exercise link, a parent's guide to their child's well-being and some lesson plans with resources to use in school.
